If you have OnDO PBX installed manually under Tomcat
If you have installed OnDO PBX manually under Tomcat, follow the steps below:
- Shutdown OnDO PBX running on your machine from the OnDO PBX Admintool.
- Terminate all Java Processes.
- Stop Tomcat
- Go to Tomcat_home/webapps directory.
- For back up purposes, copy proxy folder to some other location.
- Start the Tomcat.
- Login to the OnDO PBX through Admintool.
- Shutdown OnDO PBX if it is active.
- Go to [OnDO PBX] > [Options] > [Update software].
- Upload the 2.x pbx.war file you downloaded.
- Copy the following from the saved proxy folder to the corresponding directory of the new installation:
- Tomcat_home\webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\sv\sv.properties
- Tomcat_home\webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\db (all files)
- Tomcat_home\webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\etc (all files)
- Terminate all Java Processes.
- Restart Tomcat
- Click the PBX Admintool and enter the license number you received via email.
- Activate the license. There are two methods:
- a. If the machine you are updating is connected to the internet, simply click on the [Activate] button.
- b. Otherwise, click on the [Get Signature] button. Download the UDF.DAT file and take it to an internet connected machine.
Go to http://www.brekeke.com/license/upload_license.php and upload the UDF.DAT file.
If the signature file (UDF.DAT) is valid, you will see a link "Click here to download your license file".
Click the link to download the file called LICENSE.DAT.
Return to the PBX server and upload the LICENSE.DAT file.
