How to run two PAL client programs at the same machine?
The reason why it has trouble to run two PAL client programs is because of local port number. For every PAL client program, it needs to have its own local port number for retrieving events from PAL. Ports can not be duplicated neither by PAL or any other programs, try setting different local port number.
