Some UAs won't run normally when the "Ir" parameter is included in Record-Route. You can avoid this problem by putting the line &net.sip.addreordroute.lr=false in your Dial Plan, however we recommend solving the problem on the client side as much as possible by taking actions such as updating the firmware of your device.Wiki
