Registration fails from SIP clients within the network

On the [Status] screen, check whether the machine's IP address is displayed or not.

If Brekeke SIP Server REGISTER authentication is set to ON, please check that the proper authentication information is set on the device.

If you are using Upper Registration, please check that the authentication information for the upper SIP server is correctly set up on the client devices. Please check your device's manual for correct settings.
