How can I locate my product ID?
If you have access to your Brekeke product admintool, the product ID can be found at bottom-left corner of [Login] page. Please note that it only shows the last 10 digit of your product ID.After getting the last 10 digit of the product ID, we'd suggest for you to search using the partial license information in your email archive to find out the product ID. If you can't still find the product ID, try "I lost my product ID" method we describe in the topic.
