- Access someone's voicemail box and record your Auto Attendant Message as a voicemail.
- Download the voicemail file from Brekeke PBX Admintool.
- Once you have created a PBX user, and selected Auto Attendant on [Administrative settings] > [IVR];
- Select "Personal Greeting" under [Voicemail settings] > [Greeting message],
- Upload the file saved at step 2 from [Brekeke PBX admintool]>[Voice Prompts]>[Users]>[Upload] and Save it
